One night at Sidney Spit on Sidney Island BC. What a great place to stay the night, and to be able to explore and walk the sand spit.
This was our first time staying on a mooring buoy. Most of them that we have seen in the past have a boat size limit of 45 feet, but this park has a 50ft limit, which we just squeaked in under.
The fee for the mooring buoy was $24 per night.
This is one stop that we will certainly return to. Next time I would bring crab traps.
