Shakedown Cruise Extended

With nearly 50mph winds on our planned route home, we have decided to extend our first weekend trip on the boat a bit longer. This will make nights 44 and 45 that we have stayed on the boat since we purchased it 2 years ago. Nothing to complain about here.

Even on a rainy day, Roche Harbor is a great place to be.
The nice thing is, having everything that I need on board to work, I will be able to work from the boat until the weather clears and we get an opening to return safely home. Although, I am making a list of some additional items to make working from the boat easier like a larger monitor than what I have on my laptop, and an external keyboard.
Glad we had a cribbage board on the boat. A great way to spend time together while we ride out the storm.

Who knows, if I can work comfortably from the boat, perhaps there will come a day where we don’t come home, and just stay on board indefinitely. But we are not there yet.
