Night 62 on the 4788 was a the Ganges Marina in the town of Ganges on Saltspring Island (SSI).

The first half of the trip was about 2.5 hours from Sandy Point to Poets Cove / Bedwell Harbor to check in at customs. To clear customs we had to wait on the dock and to call a phone number (888)226-7277. You can call by cell phone, or use the phone on the docks. The wait on hold was about an hour, so it would have been smart to call in about 40 minutes before arriving so that you had a border agent on the phone when you arrived on the dock.

We arrived at Ganges around 7pm on Friday night after clearing customs at Bedwell.

We had a great dinner at Mobys Pub, about a 10 minute walk from the boat.

The view from Mobys was nice.

After dinner we returned to the boat and made use of the LED lights.
