41 miles today for a total of 569 miles so far on this adventure. Day 29 on board this adventure, and we have arrived at the Silva Bay Marina as we make our trip south towards the US. Silva Bay Marina is right next to Pages Resort that we stayed at last year, and the wasps are equally as bad at both locations.

We have three more days to get home before the winds are forecast to pick up on Sunday. We are just about 50 miles from home right now, but that is across a wide open crossing, and we plan to head south through the Gulf Islands for a couple more nights to cross to Sucia and then home on Friday or Saturday.

During the day there is a lot going on at silva bay marina with boats coming and going, and the seaplane dock.

But once it gets dark, we realized that there was only one other boat on the dock staying the nightly transient moorage. Things really slow down around here after labor day.
