We started out the day in Anacortes, where we fueled up. I was happy to pay almost $2 per gallon less for diesel that what I paid a month ago in the San Juan Islands.

We hit some wind on our trip today, no big waves, just strong wind for part of the trip.

Tonight at Roche Harbor then off to Maple Bay in Canada tomorrow.

A quick stop at Roche for one night, and for dinner Marcia cooked one of my favorites, Rib Eye and Caesar Salad. After we finished the most amazing Rib Eye Steak that I have had in a long time, we noticed the two neighboring boats, two boats that were certainly over $3 million each where having their dinner together. Having hot dogs on the barbecue, and us in our little el cheapo boat compared to their million dollar yachts, we are having rib eye.

We might not have the biggest or nicest boat on the dock, but we certainly had a better dinner than our neighbors did.
